Full Circle with the Lawrence Family

Seven years ago, I photographed Maja and Parker’s wedding in Salt Lake City, Utah — a day full of joy, love, and the kind of energy that stays with you long after the confetti settles. Fast forward seven years, and now there’s one more member in their story: Sasha.


Meeting up again in Park City for their family portraits felt like coming full circle. The mountains were beautiful as always — a soft, cool breeze and that crisp mountain air that makes sweaters feel like the right choice. The light had that quiet, golden Park City mountain glow.


Sasha smiled through the entire session — curious, playful, and so clearly loved. Watching Maja and Parker as parents was a reminder of how much can change and yet how familiar things can still feel.


As a Park City family photographer, sessions like this are my favorite — when time folds a little, and I get to see the next chapter of a story I was lucky enough to begin years ago. It couldn’t have been more perfect.
